My original order arrived in double quick time.  However, on inspection I found a defect in the item.  I contacted Conaty websales and supplied photos as required.  Replacement item shipped out to me straight away and their courier picked up item for return.  Prices and customer service very impressive.  Will purchase here again.

Hi there. I have being ordering for me and my family for some years now and this order from John Conaty is the BEST SERVICE i have seen. Order on tuesday at 14:00 and in Reykjavik on wedenesday and our post office in Hólmavík at thursday evening.  :)
