Needed a gas strut for the arm rest / dead mans handle for an Hitachi AX 4.0 excavator and John Conaty was the only dealer I could find that had them in stock  (the Hitachi EX Series cab leaver dead man gas strut, was identical). Delivered, and on the machine within a week of order. Would recommend and use again.
